DNO.py

Hey guys! I was searching through my grandma's files as she recently passed away. She used to work at that computer company, I don't exactly recall what it was called but it was kind of a huge deal before it went down.

Anyways, I found this file and couldn't really figure out what it did, so I'm uploading it here because I'm sure some of you may find what it does. If you do tell me or something, I'm kinda curious lol.
